Zehui Lu is a pianist and educator with a profound passion for music. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance from Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou and furthered her studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she earned both a Master of Arts and a Graduate Performance Diploma in Piano Performance.

 

Throughout her career, Zehui has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, both as a performer and a teacher. Her solo performances have been featured in prestigious venues across China and the United States, including the Guangzhou Steinway Music Center, Zhongshan Culture and Art Center, and the Lancaster International Piano Festival. She has also participated in master classes with renowned pianists such as Jianing Kong, Sergio Monteiro, and Gilbert Kalish.

 

As an educator, Zehui has a proven track record of helping students excel in their musical pursuits. She has taught at the Guangge Art Center in Guangzhou and the Community Music Center of Boston, where she has consistently elevated her students' technical abilities, artistic expression, and confidence. Her teaching approach is both supportive and rigorous, focusing on personalized instruction that prepares students for recitals, competitions, and auditions.

 

Zehui’s students benefit from her extensive knowledge of music theory, scales, and a wide variety of musical styles. Her commitment to nurturing young talent has resulted in many of her students being accepted into prestigious music conservatories, achieving exceptional results in their musical journeys.

 

Her accolades include the First Prize of The Piano Honor Competition and a full scholarship at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she was recognized for her "Excellent Performance in Major Study." Zehui Lu continues to inspire and guide the next generation of pianists with her expertise, passion, and unwavering dedication to the art of piano.
